Please note:
The View from the Shard will be carrying out essential works between April 6th and June 19th 2026. During this period Level 72 sky deck will remain closed and there will be no step free access between Level 68 and 69. Some areas on Levels 68–69 may have limited access.
Once booked, tickets cannot be cancelled. Bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the booking date for a fee of £11.
